Brenda has been handling our administration for quite some time now. She's meticulous, dedicated, always accessible (no 9-to-5 mentality), and what's especially great: she's up-to-date on the latest regulations and news. I had a pleasant phone conversation with Brenda, after which I decided to have her handle my administrative tasks. Unfortunately, she was impossible to reach afterward; no response via email or app, and no one answered the phone either. It's a real shame because I think she's incredibly good at her job.
