Had an extremely pleasant experience with EHP Makelaardij. Bas helped me with finding a perfect place well within my budget. The grey hair on his head shows his vast experience :) He is patient, thoughtful and gives his honest opinion about every house you visit. If I had to do the whole process again, I would choose Bas with my eyes closed. Special mention also to Joyce for arranging all appointments and responding promptly to our requests.

Bas is a great aankoopmakelaar. Very profesional, friendly and super helpful. After more than 6 months looking for a house, he helped us to find one just 1 month after hiring his services. He gave us a lot of tips and helped us a lot every step of the way. Also the other workers at EHP were always very professional and very friendly as well. I fully recommend them. Thanks EHP and thank you Bas! :)

Bas was our real estate agent for the sale of our house. The EHP team managed to sell our house within a few days. EHP's professional approach, accessibility, and proactive attitude are truly top-notch! I recommend everyone engage EHP for the sale of their home.

We had Mr. Poell as our purchasing agent. He indicated that a building inspection wouldn't be necessary unless he was suspicious. We held several viewings and ultimately purchased a property. We believe he didn't fulfill his "duty to investigate" (which is, after all, the expert service he offered) because, after the purchase, many issues arose in the house that could have been uncovered by a few simple actions. These were actions you might expect an agent to perform if they themselves stated they offered this service. During the post-purchase discussions, he indicated he would visit, but we wanted him to answer a few questions first. He didn't respond, and we haven't heard anything since. We don't feel we got value for our money. In retrospect, we probably would have uncovered more for much less money without an agent and with a building inspection.
