Ecoheat did an excellent job. From the initial phone call and subsequent on-site inspection, the work was thoroughly discussed beforehand. Tieme Santes collaborated with us and provided advice on solutions for the installation of old and new pipework, the removal of existing radiators, and the subsequent work such as filling, leveling, and ultimately (which was subsequently installed by a different company) the new PVC floor. On the day itself, the installer carried out all the milling work and delivered the job exactly as we had discussed. The installer was pleasant and communicated well; the pipes were installed perfectly. Afterwards, we immediately removed the demolition waste together and were able to take the old radiators and pipes with us. All in all, we were very satisfied with the result, and the discussions were pleasant. This approach inspires confidence because you can see that Ecoheat is committed to delivering excellent work! And they certainly succeeded! Congratulations, and keep up the good work.

Ecoheat had a sand-cement layer applied and, after 10 days, completed the milling for underfloor heating in our living room and kitchen. Arlinde from Ecoheat is friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual, and she always keeps her appointments. In our case, we were forced to look outside her network to have the sand-cement top layer applied during the construction holidays (and it worked!). This way, we have warm feet in our house before winter sets in. In short, a great collaboration with a good result, and I definitely recommend it if you have similar renovation plans. Ecoheat left after half a day's work! This resulted in a cracked floor in my house for a whole month. The seller came by to inspect the screed. Everything seemed fine, but the milling process was difficult and complicated. The estimated price quickly doubled. Their miscalculation cost me dearly. A local concrete milling contractor finished the job without any difficulty. Ecoheat is comparable to Picobello BV. Never start it.

I've had a bad aftertaste with ecoheat. Initially, I was very happy with the dry-construction underfloor heating, but I did encounter some issues along the way. We felt the extra charges were unjustified. It's unclear how these extra costs are structured. The aftercare also proved to be less than customer-friendly. We wouldn't recommend it.
