We had a great experience with our real estate agency. They really took the time to understand our needs and taste, and supported us through every house visit. They gave us honest advice during the bidding process, including whether the market value matched the asking price. They also helped us evaluate the condition of the houses we visited, pointing out if any repairs might be needed. In the end, they truly helped us find our home. We are very satisfied with the comprehensive service that ECHT provides. From the first contact to the signing of the purchase agreement, we felt we were in good hands. I do not speak Dutch, but communication in English went smoothly. Moreover, the communication was always quick, clear, and professional. The viewings, arranged by ECHT, were excellently organized. During the viewings, the ECHT Team helped us by paying attention to details we would never have thought of ourselves. Furthermore, ECHT was available at any time to answer our questions. This is truly top-level service. We absolutely recommend ECHT!
