Beware! Don't hire this real estate agent, especially if you're working with a German one. Things might happen without you realizing it, and you won't like it when you find out. Read all the agreements carefully! Before you know it, you'll be the one getting ripped off!

We were interested in a property and contacted them to schedule a viewing. Unfortunately, during the phone call, they mainly asked us about mortgages, while we were only interested in scheduling a viewing. We also got the impression that little effort was made to be friendly. This didn't feel customer-focused, so we decided not to proceed. It's a shame, because we were seriously interested.

Over the past five years, I've visited several properties in Germany offered through Oost Real Estate. They always provided excellent explanations, patience, and open and honest advice. This year, I finally managed to find a suitable property through Oost Real Estate, and then I bought it. And it doesn't stop there, because the support is excellent, even after the purchase! This is what you need as a home buyer in Germany. And it's truly wonderful living here. Actually, I deserve 6 stars, but I can only give 5... Thanks, Claudia and Marc Oost!!
