My experience with EA Kunststofkozijnen was absolutely terrible. After the installation of my sliding door, it became clear that same evening that something was wrong: the glazing bead had been damaged during installation. A new panel was supposed to be installed, but when the staff arrived, they discovered they had the wrong glazing bead. After that, several new appointments were promised, but none were kept. In addition, it was nearly impossible to reach the company. When I called myself, I was often ignored. But as soon as I called from a different number, they did answer—only to then make more empty appointments that were subsequently not kept. In short: poor communication, errors during installation, appointments that were not kept, and a company that ignores you unless you call from a different number. I would absolutely not recommend this company. Advice to future customers: If you do choose to work with this company and you run into problems, seek legal assistance immediately. That's the only way to get anything done or the problem resolved quickly. And only pay the full amount if you are sure that everything is correct.
