Over the past two years, I've had frequent contact with Durateq. I'll never use any other contractor again! I've primarily received advice regarding insulation and extensive support during a legal dispute with an installer. Thanks in part to this, everything has now been resolved satisfactorily, and Durateq's aftercare has been excellent. I know of few companies that dedicate themselves to their clients in this way! Durateq hasn't made much money from me yet and is truly committed to building long-term relationships with its clients.

In early 2024, I had a particularly challenging hot water and heating project, which led several Durateq colleagues to decline to submit quotes. Durateq took on the job and completed it to my complete satisfaction. They were very helpful and offered excellent solutions. In December, I contacted Durateq again for maintenance. Even though Christmas was close, they still helped us out. The contact with Durateq is very personal; you're not just a number, which I really appreciate. In short, I highly recommend Durateq.

Worthless company, as described in other complaints. They don't respond at all and rake in money. I have a maintenance contract, but they never show up, and they charge me every month.
