**DUPRO Promises, DUPRO Delivers!** We couldn't be happier with our experience with DUPRO Kozijnen. After meeting with five different companies, we chose to trust DUPRO for our entire front kozijnen, a new door and three new windows. While they weren't the cheapest option, their pricing was fair and competitive. We made our decision based on the superior quality of their materials and their evident expertise. From the beginning, all the information provided was consistent and thorough. They clearly communicated what was feasible and what wasn't, avoiding any false expectations. The measurements were taken with great precision. Mike, who handled this part, was highly professional and patient, which reassured us that we had made the right choice for such a significant investment. On the installation day, Jeremy and Melvin arrived on time and did such a fantastic job! They worked quickly and efficiently, payed great attention to detail, and even cleaned up after themselves. They were also friendly and very pleasant to talk to. Initially, only three keys were delivered instead of the nine promised. However, a quick email to Mark resolved this issue promptly, and the new keys were made and delivered within a couple of days. This kind of responsiveness and professionalism meant a lot to us. Since DUPRO Kozijnen completed the work, we've received so many compliments on how great our house looks…. and every time, we happily recommend them. After buying our 1950s house, we completely renovated the interior. When we still had money left in our sustainability fund, we decided to invest it in uPVC window frames. After a lot of searching, various quotes, and discussions about what wasn't quite right, we ended up with Dupro Kozijnen. Eric visited us, and that immediately gave us confidence. He's a man who knows his trade! He has extensive experience, knowledge of the materials, and he actively considered every detail. Everything was measured, and a date was quickly set. Eric had already said he wanted to take care of everything for us during that period, and he absolutely succeeded, even with our 5-week-old baby. Everything was delivered on time, and on the first day, a top-notch team consisting of Dimitri, Vladymir, and Vladymir showed up promptly at 7:30 AM! These men are truly worth their weight in gold. Incredibly polite, hardworking, and meticulous, and at the end of the day, everything was neatly cleaned up and swept clean. Both we and Dupro are thrilled with their work! Before the summer holidays, Dupro replaced all the window frames, doors, and sliding patio doors in our house. It turned out beautifully! They were hard workers, the price was fair, and they were very helpful. We're very happy!
