Unfortunately, they continue using foam containing formaldehyde despite the Municipal Health Service's (GGD) recommendation to stop. They hide behind standards that don't address the actual health risks. When I asked if formaldehyde was used at my address, they didn't answer. They only sent a standard email.

From the start, things have been difficult with this company. They had to come twice to insulate. They had scaffolding erected for a substantial sum, but it wasn't secured, meaning the men who actually came to insulate couldn't work according to health and safety standards. The guys who came were friendly, but this company needs a thorough communication and planning course. The first time, no scaffolding was available, only the front of the house was insulated; the second time, unsecured, unsafe scaffolding. And the grating they were supposed to install, which they included in the quote, simply wasn't installed without any communication. You have to follow up on everything yourself with this company. I wouldn't recommend them; I will never hire them again.

Three guys from the Duits company insulated my attic and finished it with panels, it turned out so beautifully, really a top company with very nice employees and they work neatly and super fast.

Choose an insulation company elsewhere. I activated an account specifically for this one*. The salesperson had very nice words, but made an amateurish mess of the quote and the process. They supposedly insulated with superior HR+++ insulation, which should have been SKG-IKOB certified. Later in the process, it turned out they were no longer using these insulation materials but had silently replaced them with another material, for which certificates were missing. For convenience, they still used the (fictitious higher?) insulation values of HR+++. I initially received a quote with a 25-year warranty and signed it. Ultimately, changes had to be made after an attempted but failed insulation project. The inspection had not been performed correctly. After further questioning, colleagues sent a new quote with inferior insulation values and changed the warranty to 10 (!) years. This shocking negligence is reflected in several areas. In addition, during the installation, it turned out that the company was not insured for damage to third parties. The service/customer service is subpar. They're unresponsive by phone, and it can take months (!) for different people to respond, giving different answers. These responses also lack concrete answers to the questions posed. Perhaps most shocking is their lack of assurance of their own quality work and their lack of insurance for third-party damage. In short, choose a different company if you prefer meticulous insulation.

Cavity wall insulation was carried out. Basically fine, but they closed eight original ventilation grilles and didn't replace them, as they should have (as we later discovered). When we inquired about similar insulation here, for example, in our street, four holes with grilles were made, two on the front and two on the back for ventilation. That's how it should have been done. Now we have insufficient ventilation, and pipes are rusting. They themselves refer to the company that did the floor insulation years before, which had made two grilles at the time (and that was sufficient at the time). Now that Duits Insulation has closed eight ventilation grilles, they should have ensured adequate ventilation, and they have seriously failed to do so.
