During the sales process, all options and possibilities were clearly explained, and the quote was received quickly. The old door was removed, and the floor was also adjusted to fit the new situation because the new door would be positioned a few centimeters forward. The installers were on time, friendly, and tidy. No shouting or noise. The radio was played at a decent volume. We are happy with our door and the process!

Our awning was installed this morning. We're absolutely thrilled with it. The conversation in the store was excellent. I already knew exactly what I wanted, but I received helpful additional information that confirmed my decision. We installed it this morning, and it went perfectly. A team of two came to visit us. They introduced themselves politely and explained exactly what was going to be done. After the work, which was done superbly, everything was tidied up nicely. We're glad we bought it here. Highly recommended!

Some time ago, we had awnings installed, which spontaneously came off the wall after a year. After calling, they said they would fix it and that it was covered by the warranty. They did come and told us that only one screw had been used, which is probably why the awning was hanging unevenly. Completely unexpectedly, we received an invoice for the repairs, without any prior communication. They've since even handed the "claim" over to a debt collection agency. Very disappointing.

I, too, can attest that providing service and/or warranty coverage is a strange proposition for Dugreja. They delivered and installed an industrial overhead door that was completely covered in rust. The door leaves were rusting, and the hinges were oxidizing, causing them to break. By blackmailing the customer, they achieved a one-sided advantage. We'll supply you with the hinges free of charge, but you can no longer claim warranty coverage due to the rust?!
