Responsible for air ventilation/filter system in our new build apartment (builder is Heijmans). Overall terrible service and bad response time. I don’t know what is going on and obviously we didn’t have a choice as they were the chosen party when our apartment was delivered but if you can, I would recommend to stay away!

The administration leaves much to be desired; still no annual statement for 2022. Normally by the end of December, the year runs from 01-12 to 30-11. It is now February 24th and still no answer.

Maintenance contract not being honored, although I have since received a new invoice. No return calls or emails. Very dissatisfied!!
