I ordered double glazing for my back door. They were so helpful, advising on the right size etc. Everything I needed to complete the job was provided upon request and the delivery date and time was given after ordering. They definitely deserve and get five stars from me.

Very rarely I have been "helped" so badly by telephone. I was about to order glas here until I spoke with the woman that picked up the telephone. I just wanted to know details about the pick up and I was only answered back with questions to avoid answering the actual question. She gave me the feeling that I was bothering her. I also rang a few times and no one answered the phone. Further I send a message by what's app but was never answered either. Maybe it was just the woman behind the line that was ignorent. In that case I would recommend to let her go. Going somewhere else now to order the glass.
