It's a scam, prices on the website are referred to a single worker, when I called them two workers came at my house and suddenly the price was doubled. Also, if you really have to call them please take note of their arrival and leave time, as they will try to cheat on that too. Make yourself a favour and call someone else.

A great company helped us tremendously with our sewer damage. We were at our wits' end, but these guys really know their stuff. Fast service and expert repairs. Clear agreements and good communication with the office. We employed workers from the Lisse location, and they worked very neatly and cleanly. We hope we won't have any more problems, but if there are any, we know where to find Schaap 😉

I'm very dissatisfied with DS Rioolservice. The company parked their van in the middle of the public road, completely blocking traffic. I had to call twice to request that the car be moved, but nothing was done. The staff were unfriendly and showed little understanding for the inconvenience they were causing. It's a shame that they treat residents and the public space in such an unprofessional and antisocial manner. A little more respect and communication could easily prevent these kinds of situations.

From my first contact with the receptionist and then with the planner, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and customer service. Today, Aad and Bram came by and cleared the blocked drain. They were also friendly and very professional. A great company, far exceeding expectations!
