Last year, we switched to solar energy and a heat pump for both our private and guest accommodations. Everything was expertly installed by DS Dwingeloo. It's great that you deal with just one person, from quote request to installation. The after-sales service was also excellent. Highly recommended!

On January 25, 2024, DS Installation Technology removed three doors from our attic floor without consulting them because they were installing a heat pump. They then placed all three doors in our attic room. The doors then fell over/slipped on the laminate flooring during installation, which I witnessed myself, in the presence of the owner of DS Installation Technology. Unfortunately, all three doors showed damage from this, including cracks and dents. After several emails and apps, I received a response that I could claim the damage against my contents, as the deductible is €1,000.00. I sent a letter (registered mail, post, and email) to DS Installation Technology, claiming liability for the damage I suffered/am suffering as a result of their mistake. However, they haven't responded.

We requested quotes from several suppliers. The price differences between them were quite similar. What made us decide to work with this supplier was the clear information they provided and the approach we could choose from. They also provided after-sales service (which we had done ourselves), but they still wanted to know if we had done it correctly. This was free of charge, as the money had already been transferred. Later, it turned out we still had some materials left over. Return shipping was also no problem. In short, honest, helpful people who provide excellent service. Highly recommended!
