We had a small water leak from an outside wall in our basement last year. Tried a few different companies with no luck. Hans from DrySystems was unfortunately too busy to help us right away at the time, but he was very responsive and friendly and promised to keep in touch to let us know when he has an opening. A few months later, he kept his promise, fixed our problem quickly within an hour or two, made us a fair price, and as far as I can tell he did a good job (still no water again 6 months later).

Hans was very responsive after I sent email requesting guidance for preventive measure for potential leakage in my apparent (two floors one at ground level and the second is partly basement with windows). An appointment at my apartment was set withing 1.5 week of my email. Hans arrived, he inspected the apartment, at the end he recommend not to spend money in case there is no real problem. Hans honest guidance was very much appreciated from my side, he didnt try to sell his work and take advantage for my lack of knowledge. I didnt make any real work with Hans but I must recommend his professional, friendly and honest guidance.
