We were in contact with Drowa in Belgium. Very satisfied with the explanation, the home visit, and the quick quote. We were on the line with the planning a week later. Less than a month after the quote, two of them arrived here today. Everything was set up. Within the hour, a – fairly large and low – basement was completely finished. Polite and friendly guys. Truly top-notch! Highly recommended. They may be located at the end of the world, but nothing is too far. And everything was left tidy, as it should be.

I have been in contact with Drowa over the past few weeks, ordered bags, and rented a blower, and I am full of praise. Service: Mirjam, with whom I have had telephone contact multiple times, is friendly and helpful. They look into possibilities, which I really appreciate, as otherwise, due to my own carelessness, I would have run into time trouble insulating my small crawl space. Ease of use: I filled a small crawl space that was only accessible through 3 holes of 15×15 cm. This went perfectly fine with the help of the blower. Because I did it alone, I used a click-on/click-off switch with a remote control. This allowed me to hold the pipe in place, turn on the blower, fill the space, turn off the blower, and only have to move the pipe again afterwards. Because of this, I had chips flying through the air at the very least (Yes, the first time without the click-on/click-off switch, it looked like I had turned on a snow machine in the house). Drowa and Mirjam, thank you for the very pleasant service!

A fantastic experience with this company, and delivery was very fast. The driver called in the evening to let me know the time; I could arrive until 8 a.m. Monday morning, and he arrived on time. They also added two extra bags without any problem when picking up the blower.

In November, we had our floors insulated. This significantly increased the comfort in our home and resulted in significant savings on gas consumption. Because the very low crawl spaces, a maximum of 40 centimeters, were difficult to access (no hatches), the gentlemen from Drowa created a passage through the basement and were able to fully insulate the crawl spaces using that route. Kudos to the person who managed to squeeze under the narrow floor to carry out the work. The only setback was that the passage subsequently leaked some groundwater during the extremely wet period (January 2023). After we reported this to Drowa, they promptly provided a solution by sending a mason who completely sealed the passage. All in all, a satisfied customer.
