After a water incident on New Year's Eve, we urgently needed help drying out our house, which we had bought only two weeks earlier. At 12:30 a.m., Joost from Droogspecialist answered the call immediately. The next morning, a Saturday, everything needed to quickly begin the drying process was ready. Now, almost three weeks later, everything is almost back to normal, and there doesn't appear to be any lasting damage. Joost: thank you so much. You helped us at a time when we were close to despair, while the rest of the Netherlands was celebrating the New Year. I hope the cake was delicious!

Both the drop-off and pick-up didn't go as planned. The drop-off was a day early, and the pick-up was scheduled for the morning instead of the afternoon. I had to rearrange my schedule and cancel an appointment. The invoice was also incorrect; they charged too many days, and I received a phone call confirming it was correct. After repeating three times that their date was incorrect, it turned out I was right. Now the invoice is being adjusted. I didn't hear a single apology. Not a good experience.

I called yesterday to rent a moisture meter. I was able to come by immediately and was allowed to use it for free without having to leave anything behind. They were super kind and helpful. When returning it, we were given a number of large balloons, which my son was absolutely thrilled with. What lovely, good service and a trust in humanity that you (unfortunately) don't experience very often anymore.
