Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. Agreements weren't honored: we were supposed to be called as soon as bids came in, but that didn't happen. As a result, we missed an opportunity to respond sooner. This feels careless and unprofessional, especially considering the importance of timely communication in these kinds of processes.
