We had a front door installed for €3,000. The agreement didn't include any information about maintenance or what the normal terms and conditions would be. And now they think it's strange that we contact them when we discover "flash rust" on the printer. When we confront them about the poor communication, they make assumptions about my wife's profession and make derogatory remarks.
