Doors@Home has become a well-known name in our area. We were looking for interior doors and were referred to Doors@Home by three different people. They offer excellent service and a very wide selection of doors. If you're lucky, like us, and minor damage isn't a problem, they also have a wide selection of doors offered at a much lower price. Good advice and excellent service from friendly staff.

Ordered a door on December 3, 2019. Called a month later because we hadn't heard anything. It turned out the quote had been lost. Luckily, we had a copy, which we emailed. A week later, someone from Doorsathome came to measure the door. It had to be a standard door, after all. The door was delivered in mid-March 2020. However, it turned out to be a right-handed door instead of the left-handed one we ordered. They took the door back with them, and they said they would fix it. A week and a half later, the new door arrived and was supposed to be installed on March 31st. It turned out to be a standard door with a different hinge. The lock wasn't in the right place, and because of the shortening, it gaped above 1 cm. In short, NEVER ORDER A DOOR FROM DOORS@HOME. After a phone call, Mr. Dewalt even dared to tell us that what we wanted wasn't possible. If he had told us that immediately, we would have been spared this mess.

Due to an error in judgment by Doors at Home, I had to pick up the doors myself at the factory in Zevenaar. Unfortunately, the delivery was incomplete upon collection, and I was missing the latch locks. The next day, I immediately called Doors at Home and informed them that I had not received the latch locks. The employee responded that he was 100% convinced he had delivered them. Eventually, we made an appointment for me to come and pick up the latch locks the following day. Upon arrival, the locks were brought out and I was told in a very unpleasant manner, "Well, good luck then." I really wonder why Doors at Home is so particularly customer-unfriendly. I don't drive over 60 km for fun just to pick up 3 latch locks. I could have bought these from a local supplier in my neighborhood, so to speak. All in all, I had to take half a day off to pick up the doors in Zevenaar and travel over 250 kilometers in total due to the incompetent behavior of Doors at home. I advise everyone never to purchase doors from this company.
