This company looked very promising but unfortunately they had very bad service. They told us that replacing the motor in our roller shutter would fix our problem and that the system would then work the same as before. After they installed the new motor the roll shutter was not working properly - very slow and not opening completely. We called a few times to ask for someone to have a look. Eventually, someone arrived to have a look and try to “fix” something, but nothing improved. Then he said nothing was wrong with their work and that they would send us a bill for the call out. I was in shock, a bill? For what? Your company didn’t repair the roller shutter as promised, can't find a solution to the problem and then ask for more money. They sent a bill for 180 euro and after that sent a debt collector. Shame on you and your company. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work with this company. The motor for our roller shutter was defective and needed to be replaced. The motor was still under warranty, so we only had to pay for installation. The repair was carried out perfectly, but we were shocked by the bill. We found the motor installation to be over €468, which was a bit steep. Tip for Doorfix: communicate the costs upfront.

No nonsense and quick help, they came as agreed and after a thorough technical conclusion everything worked as usual again.
