Extremely customer-unfriendly company. As an existing customer, I requested a quote for solar panel installation. Twenty days after accepting the quote, I discovered that the inverter they were providing wasn't suitable for a home battery. The company was closed for 14 of those 20 days due to the Christmas holidays. After 5 official business days, we informed them that we, on second thought, disagreed with the quote and requested an inverter suitable for a home battery. The delivery of this home battery could take 9-12 months, and this was still questionable. We refused. We then received an invoice from the company for hundreds of euros. Legally, it might be correct, but if you have to make a living like this, it's a very intimidating and customer-unfriendly way of doing business!

Completely inferior in communication and customer service. They refused to show up without giving a reason. This makes you question the quality of the services this company offers.

We received a good and attractive quote. There were some errors, but these can be fixed. Afterward, we asked some difficult questions about the quote and were immediately told via email that we couldn't figure it out. If there's a problem, just call.
