I had a faulty roller mechanism. The woman on duty helped me perfectly and patiently. They even called another branch for advice on installing the chain. All in all, it was a part that cost just €22, but I know where I'll go when I need new window coverings.

Great selection. Excellent, knowledgeable saleswoman. She immediately offered us a solution, while two other reputable companies simply told us what we wanted wasn't possible and offered no solution. They're coming to measure it now, and if everything else is as good as our impression, they'll definitely get 5 stars, or maybe 4.
