Less than seven years after Domein replaced our bitumen roof, we were faced with serious leak problems. Domein patched things up, but then we continued to have leaks. The only comment we received was: "I can't find the problem." Last year, it turned out that a carpenter ant nest had been present in our timber-frame house for years. This creature nests in soft (wet) wood. We contacted Domein, explaining that this could only have been caused by a leak. Domein denies all responsibility and even dares to present a form explaining how we should have treated the roof. That's (now) nine years too late! Fortunately, the roof has been (temporarily) repaired. We've had several roofers visit, and they all report that the work was shoddy. So be warned!

Excellent technicians/installers, I can't think of any complaints. But don't go here for the finishing touches unless you're very careful about them. As a private individual, make sure you get everything in writing from this company, every detail you want done and how much it will cost. Then everything will be fine. But this company, in my personal experience, or specifically in my case, refuses to put anything in writing (except the invoice, of course), and 99% of the work is done over the phone. If something doesn't go as you thought you agreed, just try to prove it if everything was done over the phone. In the event of a dispute, the only reaction was rudeness. In my opinion and direct experience: Nuance, thinking along like, "Hey, maybe the customer has a point, could we have handled this differently?", problem-solving, was what we did right, was the bill fair, etc., nope, zero self-reflection. And otherwise, apparently, you have to constantly give them the opportunity to "fix" it. No, something with donkey and stone.
