Dirk came by once because I'd requested boiler maintenance. It turned out that several parts needed to be replaced and ordered. I contacted him several times for an appointment, but he never answered. It's a real shame.

No hot water is annoying. I called Dirk and asked if he had an old boiler and had it replaced within a day. Fast and good service.👌

Our boiler malfunctioned. We called Dirk, and he came the next day, Saturday. Dirk told us it was broken. We received an invoice for a new boiler. We made an appointment, and he arrived with a new one. A few hours later, we were all warm and cozy. It was really well handled. We are very satisfied with the contact with Dirk. He was very professional, very friendly, and helped quickly.
