As mentioned many times in the reviews, I too have had very bad experiences with this company. After having my boiler serviced by them, I still had some other jobs to do... so I thought I'd give them that... I contacted them and requested quotes. I might as well not have done that... No matter what I do, I get no quote or response... Time and again, you get empty promises, backstabbing, and unnecessary arguments from this company. According to their own words, everything is the customer's fault, they don't behave properly, and the reviews are not genuine or accurate!! This company truly doesn't understand customer satisfaction, service, keeping agreements, or what service even is. They're good at complaining about customers and overwork!!! Apparently, the company has it too good... Business won't stay this good forever... The question is whether this company, with its arrogant and insulting approach and blaming the customer, still has a right to exist. I find this absolutely appalling...unfortunately, it's the rule rather than the exception for many companies these days...but of course, it's all up to the customer ;) Go a little less for the big bucks, don't argue endlessly, play the victim, and just do what you have to do: provide excellent service, honor agreements for a fair and reasonable price, and perhaps settle for slightly lower profit margins. And help people with smaller jobs with their problems. That's what you're doing. It's easy to be mean...I'm still waiting for return calls, no emails, no quotes, no estimates, or even when it can be scheduled. The company keeps pointing the finger at me...but why don't I or others get a response? I strongly advise against this company...look elsewhere...unless you want to be treated like a dog, in which case you've come to the right place!

Our central heating system had been broken for a week, and I didn't want to just buy one without doing my research. I looked at various suppliers; all of them required a maintenance contract for the warranty period, and the prices were higher than with Dijkstra. Dijkstra didn't require this, but they did require maintenance every two years. I called Dijkstra on Tuesday afternoon to discuss my situation and the boiler I wanted. They were very friendly and advised me to install an Atag boiler, which comes with a 15-year warranty. That same day, I received two quotes for the requested boiler and the recommended one. They installed it last Friday without any problems and with a smile. It could have been done sooner, but I explained that there was no pressure, as hot water isn't a primary necessity. Now I'm reading the other reviews, which I disagree with, probably from people who took a cold shower, haha. Thanks for the great service, and see you in two years for the maintenance!

On October 28, 2024, I requested a quote for the installation of a central heating boiler and water heater. I requested this quote online and simultaneously sent the photos via WhatsApp. I also contacted them about this via WhatsApp. Until now, November 12, 2024, and despite two phone calls with Minne Dijkstra, I haven't received anything. Worse still, they don't even respond. I strongly advise against this company. The customer is not king with this company. I advise everyone to spend their hard-earned money with an installer who puts their customers first. G H de Jong

After being left out in the cold for three days because of an energy giant, Minne was able to solve my problem within two days. Less than 24 hours after I received the quote, the engineers were already installing my new boiler. I was also very grateful that they were able to help me out in between. You couldn't tell it was just a matter of time, because the work was excellent and neat. Highly recommended for the north!

I had called and emailed various companies saying that my central heating was broken and that I wanted a new boiler as soon as possible. Dijkstra was one of the few who responded and sent a nice quote an hour later. The very next morning, two nice and cheerful guys were at the door; they worked neatly, and a few hours later my new boiler was running. In October 2022, I called because I need to top up the water occasionally, and had a service performed right away. A very small leak was found at the plinth heating in the kitchen. They were going to repair it for me. I called 3 times ("we haven't forgotten about you, don't worry") but no appointment can be scheduled (?) because they are busy. They will call me, the gentleman told me. I gave up (I was called once during work, asking if they could come now, but I can't just go home). Very unfortunate.
