Great service! Due to a leak in the central heating pipework, we had no hot water. This was resolved very professionally with a temporary adjustment. A few days later, Johannes, our employee, had fixed the leak in the crawl space in no time and also fixed an upcoming leak. Highly recommended! 👍👌

The technician does his job well, but the company behind it is not likeable. We needed a new macerator. We had indicated in our email that we wanted a cheap model because we were moving soon. Instead, they delivered an expensive model without consulting us. The invoice came to over 1,000 euros! It would be nice if the company communicated better with the customer. Also, the invoices are not transparent: for example, the technician had been there for fifteen minutes during a previous repair, but the invoice listed much more time. When I called about this, it turned out that the time included the administration. I have never experienced this with another company before. So: the technician is fine, but the company itself is very focused on money.
