They do good work, but the administration is poorly organized. I only received an email a year after the work was done regarding the invoice, and then after 2.5 years I think, "Oh darn, there's still an outstanding invoice, let me send an invoice via post." Instead of just making a quick call and asking why payment hasn't been made. Perhaps they just missed the email or it ended up in spam. I'm not going to call everyone to chase them up like, "Hey, where is the invoice?" By the way, I also think that if an invoice has expired, you should just be able to call after a few days to ask what the situation is. And then, expecting that you have to pay after the legal payment term has expired, you should have paid properly. It's also a bit difficult for us to look back now to see if we had paid or not after 2.5 years! We paid properly, but we are now looking for another company for the work.
