Friendly company, fast service! Good quality products. Meanwhile, solar panels and a home battery have been installed. Exactly what I wanted. They even vacuumed the battery properly when it was installed.

Our initial contact with Dijkman was pleasant and was the reason we chose this company. Unfortunately, the work itself didn't meet our expectations. The agreed-upon installation period of 3 to 4 weeks extended to almost 4 months. Communication and coordination were difficult: appointments were changed without consultation, promised revised quotes were never provided, and the installers showed up unexpectedly during our vacation. The installation itself was eventually completed, and the on-site installer was friendly and professional. However, some minor issues remained, such as an unfinished pipe hole and annoying noise from the condensate pump, which we weren't informed about beforehand. In short: positive initial contact and a skilled installer, but the process involved—planning, communication, and fulfilling agreements—was disappointing.

Initial contact was fine, installation was partly fine. Unfortunately, this was another case of money in, service gone. Unfortunately, I see no other way than to simply write an honest review; ultimately, I hope the company learns from this. After the initial successful installation of the solar panels on our roof, it turned out that the solar panel racking wasn't grounded. This was simply forgotten during the original installation. Naturally, I called and reported it. I was told twice that this wasn't necessary at all and that the racking didn't need to be grounded. This, however, is indeed necessary, and even mandatory. The installer who spotted the problem on our roof said Dijkman could ground the racking while he was working on it. After all, it wasn't that much work. Of course, I told him this was absolutely undesirable, as I would have to pay the installer for the extra work. We finally agreed in May that we would be scheduled to finish that small amount of work. It's now November and I haven't heard anything. Mistake 1: Lying to a customer. Mistake 2: Failing to take responsibility as a company, apologize, and finish the job.
