Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this installer. In the living room, several radiators developed leaks, resulting in mold growth on the skirting boards and baseboards, some of which are now loosening from the wall. In the kitchen, the hot and cold water were connected incorrectly. In the bathroom, the Uponor fittings were not connected correctly, leading to leaks in the wall. Ultimately, the bathroom walls had to be opened in two places to identify and repair the problem. It took a lot of time and effort to even locate the leak. All in all, the work was very sloppy and resulted in significant damage. I cannot recommend this installer.

We had a power outage. The problem was identified fairly quickly. However, it couldn't be resolved immediately. A new appointment had to be rescheduled. We were supposed to receive a call about this, but that didn't happen. After calling ourselves, it turned out they were so busy that it could take a while before the job could be completed. And yet, we were stuck with a power outage! Ultimately, another company fixed the outage within a day, and they deserve a 5-star rating. And that company took into account the fact that we'll be abroad for a while when sending the invoice. It was just that our daughter had to be at our house for a while and saw a bill from D&L requesting payment within 8 days, even though they also knew we wouldn't be home for a while??!! Amateur club.
