We bought a house through DietvorstBorman (Frank). Despite inquiring about defects several times, a known problem with the toilet was downplayed and not addressed. Only after repeated inquiries did we discover that this problem persisted, even though the purchase price had already been set. No apologies, no solution. Contact with the sellers was pleasant, but I am very dissatisfied with the agent's approach and reliability. Would not recommend.

In the past, I made an appointment to view a home. I set aside time, but it was cancelled at the last minute. A few years later, another beautiful 1930s home came onto the market. One viewing day was scheduled, and unfortunately, it was already fully booked. They said they would contact me if an additional viewing day were added.
