We were thrilled to find a store that could fulfill our needs without breaking the bank. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful, quickly closing the deal. However, what often happens in these situations is that sales go very well, but the service afterward is exceptionally poor. It started with the delivery of the items. We had ordered months in advance, and they guaranteed that delivery would be no problem. Unfortunately, on the day of delivery, only one item from the entire list we had ordered was delivered. There was no notification that this was going to happen. After calling and some insistence, we were able to pick up most of it a few days later. The phone call was, to put it mildly, unfriendly. Upon collection, it turned out that the items were incomplete again. Once again, the supplier was blamed. During work, it turned out that the wrong built-in shower unit had been delivered. The tiles had to be broken and a new one installed. We were referred back to the supplier. They took absolutely no responsibility, and we were left with the damage. After purchasing, we had very high expectations of this store, but they failed to meet them at all, which is a shame.

Sanitair Design Center Alkmaar isn't just a beautiful place, they also provided excellent assistance in choosing everything for our toilet. Everything was meticulously executed, and the after-sales service was fantastic! Simply email them, and they'll get in touch and take care of everything as quickly as possible. No need to call or email them again. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be returning to Sanitair Design Center Alkmaar for our bathroom!
