To start with the availability of the products and the time in which the team delivers is one of the fastest in the Netherlands. They could provide me a custom window in 3 weeks of time. The quality and the sizing were perfect. I posted a review of missing functionality on the product. However, Over a period of time we have come to an agreement of getting things resolved in a professional manner. Sometimes we undergo a situation which is nobody's fault. It is the way life is. The overall response from DHK to overcome the situation is quite appreciated. Overall, I am quite happy with the overall experience and do recommend the purchase from them. I intend to make future purchase with them and happy that they operate in the Netherlands :)
