I cannot believe the attitude of the real estate agents in this agency. Emailed them via Funda for a viewing, to which they called back right away (which is good), unfortunately I was not in the country so I did not receive the calls. Next working day in the morning I was back in the country, I called them when my phone is active and I see the voice mail to ask if I could make an appointment. Here with attitude I was told-off for not having picked up my phone previously. I explained why I did not pick it up, and that I was away. Then I was asked when I could be at the property, that they are not amused, and that apparently I apparently had a viewing appointment at 12 without my knowledge (call happening at 11:55). Booking an appointment, without having received neither an email nor phone confirmation from me or anything. Then having an attitude and telling me off like a little child is unacceptable. I do not care if it is a sellers or a buyers market, not happy, will not work with this kind of behaviour. P.S. After my review they indeed called me 2 more times. Making it 4x times they called, as they mention on the reply. I have blocked the number, as I do not want anything to do with these people. With regard to hurting your business, you are hurting it yourself with your outdated understanding of client service. Thinking you can strongarm people into deleting their reviews and spamming their voice mail box is not the way I'd go forward. Without even admitting there is something wrong with your tone or manners. I stand by my review being even more accurate, after the actions they took after posting my review.

To be frankly honest, I found the agents to be quite rude. I wanted to view a house they had on offer. They gave me a few dates, but they didn't fit my schedule. The agent said snidely...well, the house isn't in the 'uitverkoop'...meaning that the owners weren't desperate. I offered a few dates, but it didn't fit theirs. Eventually, a date was found but quite far in the future. The agent huffed. Then I asked if I could get the general documents for the house. The agent said only serious buyers would get that once they visited the house. This is very unusual. I've never gone to a viewing without getting the documents first. I reflected on this interaction a few days, then canceled the viewing. I wish the owners success!
