DGO doesn't communicate! You're stuck at home for nothing! They outsource the transport... Promise they'll come, and then no one shows up. Worthless company.

Worthless! 0 updates, 0 communication. I have been calling this company for a shipment that has been with them for over a week. Every day they say, it will be delivered today. We make arrangements, we atay home for a pallet that doesn’t get delivered every single day. Friday they said they put the pallet on the big truck that wasn’t allowed in “residential neighborhoods” Saturday they didn’t have a small truck to put it on. Monday rolls around now they are saying warehouse didn’t load it on the truck. Customer service says “i can only say what i see on the screen”. Way to have accountability! Way to try to help customers! Never have I been more frustrated and angry with any company.
