I recently bought a house with stairs that had lighting. One of the sensors that turned the lights on wasn't working. The company that installed the stairs a year and a half ago wasn't very customer-friendly about repairs/replacements. I contacted Dennis Parket, and Harold came that same evening to fix the problem. I also received more information about the stair lighting and help installing an app on my phone. This app also allows me to control the lighting. They also gave me tips for maintaining and cleaning the stairs. Excellent service. If anything happens to the stairs again in the future, I know who to call or email: Dennis Parket😃

We received fantastic service from Harold and Dennis. We're incredibly happy with our beautiful stairs. They delivered true craftsmanship and always worked very neatly. Everything was cleaned up perfectly after each workday (which isn't always a given). We received clear instructions, and everything is perfectly finished. Fantastic!
