We've done business with Decokay Blonk in Hellevoetsluis several times. A few years ago, we ordered insect screens for our entire house, and more recently, we ordered Roman blinds, shutters, and curtains. We've found their service and customer service to be exceptionally professional. They're very helpful but never pushy. From quote to invoice, everything is handled very efficiently. The staff are very helpful and always friendly. They're truly wonderful people. We'll definitely order through Decokay again.

As a first-time buyer, you face a lot of challenges. Where do you start, and especially how do I begin? My boyfriend and I bought a challenging house with small walls and everything crooked. Once finished, I felt like something was missing, but I kept telling myself that it was so incredibly crooked that I couldn't do anything about it. A trip to Decokay Blonk was incredibly worthwhile; I received excellent help, and they took their time with me, which I really appreciated. And it worked! What a fantastic company!!! Today I picked up a new roller mechanism for a 10-year-old roller blind. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong mechanism, but there was Patrick! He saw it right away, went to the back, and came back with a correct mechanism. He cheerfully transferred the chain, and within 10 minutes I was outside with a new mechanism. What fantastic service!!! Truly fantastic, fantastic, fantastic!!! Thank you so much!
