Very professional handling of the sale. He takes his time to present himself professionally. He provides information very quickly. Very accessible, even on Saturdays. The house sold within a week. Excellent. I also assigned my other two houses to him for sale.

A very enthusiastic real estate agent who knows everything about properties in the area. He contacted us by phone to discuss selling our house. He also gave us realistic tips on how to better prepare the property for sale. He took beautiful photos, some of which were taken with a drone, and included a helpful description. He collaborated with his colleague/friend Mienke at the office and us through a group chat. Everything went very smoothly and clearly. It was undoubtedly his enthusiasm that sold our house within a week (!). Nothing but praise for that. We only had one point of criticism that we discussed with them personally (it wasn't about the sale itself), and they addressed it well.

I scheduled two viewings on the same day with the same real estate agent. Unfortunately, I had to explain that I needed a property as soon as possible. And if an offer were made and accepted, I'd go for that house. Of course, it wasn't nice of me not to cancel. But the way the real estate agent reacted was incredibly surprising. Apparently, I'm worthless and incredibly *fill in the blank* for treating him like that. I apologize for not canceling. That's because I forgot. Regardless of the situation I'm experiencing, I find it very unprofessional of the real estate agent to be filled with demeaning words. Otherwise, he's a nice guy! Keep calls short and direct.
