They charged a whopping 10.75 (!!!) hours for the central heating installation, in addition to the initial rate. After the installation, there were persistent problems with the central heating malfunctioning. They refused to come out because we were outside their service area. Even after we replaced everything (expansion tank, underfloor heating components, flue, etc.), the problem persisted. Eventually, someone discovered that the installer had misaligned something in this new central heating system (during his 10.75 hours of work), causing the adjustment to be incorrect and causing the problems. Compensation? No way, we couldn't/won't receive that because third parties had tampered with their central heating system (after they themselves admitted we were outside their service area). What a company!

De Wijnbergen carried out the installation work in our new bathroom. During this process, several tiles were damaged because the vanity unit was installed completely incorrectly—so badly, in fact, that the door wouldn't even be able to open! Fortunately, I was able to order replacement tiles from the same production run, otherwise everything would have had to be replaced! De Wijnbergen also installed a boiler with the promise that gas consumption would be significantly lower. However, after a month, gas consumption returned to the same level as before. De Wijnbergen was supposed to come by to fix it, but nothing changed after the first visit, yet they still charged €162.50 for a visit of less than 5 minutes. I called again, and the second visit was to install a sensor, which was removed a week later. I heard nothing more after that, but I did receive an invoice for another €162.50. So now I am nearly €350 poorer, for a total of less than 10 minutes of work, and the problem persists. If the employees had been Polish, I would have filed a complaint for fraud, but this is supposedly a respected Dutch company, so I didn't file a complaint, but I do feel scammed!

Excellent work by Wijnbergen. Moving the boiler, underfloor heating, and meter cupboard. To get everything done on Friday afternoon, five motivated people were working at one point. Thanks again!
