Fantastic service! 5+ stars! During the Christmas holidays, our own installer was unavailable to fix a problem with our hybrid water pump. Fortunately, the heating store came to our rescue. This was quite remarkable, as they didn't supply our system. So, they were absolutely under no obligation to help us during the holidays. They discovered that our own installer had forgotten to install a filter, among other things. They installed it the same day (see photo), so we could shower with hot water again and celebrate New Year's Eve in a warm house!

Martin installed not one, but two all-electric heat pump systems for us! We're dividing a farmhouse into two houses, so it's quite a complex project, with different heating needs in rooms with either underfloor heating, radiators, or both. What was so great about working with Martin: he didn't offer a standard solution but instead considered our specific situation and options. With patience and a tailored explanation of the technology, he was able to guide us and make it understandable, allowing us to make the right choices. This allowed us to replace a pipe we had already installed with an undersized diameter in time. The installation itself went smoothly, he kept his promises, and we had already estimated additional costs (extra pipe length and fluid) together. Before we knew it, both systems were up and running!
