De Vree & Sliepen built our new-build home. Throughout the process, they repeatedly stated that the completion date would be met, but this proved to be untrue. Upon completion, the company itself indicated there were still two months of work to be done, and it showed. Handling the completion and pre-delivery items was difficult and took over a year. Agreements were repeatedly missed, and communication was difficult. This caused considerable frustration for the customer.

They were slow to respond or didn't respond at all. The heat pump's outdoor unit was broken, which was a nightmare to fix. The heat pump broke down at Christmas, and they were on vacation for days in the cold. They referred me to Feenstra, but they didn't know anything and couldn't help. The installer was also on vacation, and Atag only helped the installer. Finally, after days of calling, Feenstra did come, but Atag too... a nightmare. NB: The heat pump uses a lot of energy.

They refuse to respond to emails until the warranty expires! A scandalous and unreliable company. Don't do business with them.
