DRFM is a family business where Paul guided us through the purchase of our new home and Michel arranged our mortgage. We initially went to Michel because we wanted to refinance our mortgage. But because we ultimately decided to sell our house and look for another, we also ended up with Paul. We can only say that we had a very pleasant experience with them and that they truly embodied that old-fashioned "customer is king" feeling. As mentioned in other reviews, it's no problem at all to ask something outside of office hours; they are always there for you. This applies not only to Paul and Michel but also to their staff. And if, through no fault of their own, any unexpected bumps in the road arise, they truly do everything they can to make sure everything works out. In our case, they even sacrificed vacation days, even though it wasn't their fault but that of the mortgage lender who defaulted. Hats off for this service. We still need to arrange insurance, and we will definitely go to DRFM again for that.

To obtain reliable information regarding the possibilities for early retirement, we contacted the staff at De Rue in Veendam. We received a very pleasant welcome on an agreed evening. Our wishes were discussed, and two weeks later we received clear and practical advice regarding the possibility of early retirement. This led to a very desirable solution for us.
