I had the most terrible experience! They planned a viewing for the house and later rented out the apartment. They forgot to call or write an email regarding the cancellation of the appointment. I literally had to travel 2 hours one way to reach here. Highly annoyed and disappointed!!

You have to follow up on everything. I practically took on the entire process, doing all the work, and then I made mistakes in almost all the documents, arrived late for the viewing, and then they had the nerve to charge me full price. VERY DISSATISFIED!
