During insulation work on the subfloor, the sewer leaked at the T-piece. I called De Riool Gigant and sent them a photo of the situation. Within an hour, they were able to provide a price estimate and schedule a quick repair; two days later, everything was neatly repaired. A small blockage in the shower was also addressed. Ricardo responds quickly, delivers on his promises, and charges a very reasonable price. In short: a top-notch company; I've put a sticker for his company in the meter box in case there's another problem.

Ricardo is a friendly man. He carefully examined the source of the smell. It was difficult to see this afternoon (because there was a cove in front of it), but when we told him we'd removed the cove, he came back immediately (at no extra cost) to pinpoint the exact location of the smell. Great service!
