extremely awful! I’ve been living in groningen for 6 years and had my fair share of rental agencies scamming internationals but none of them were this bad. I never got my deposit back or saw the final inspection report. They added charges AFTER we handed over the keys and had an inspection. The only positive in my rental experience with them was that they fixed broken appliances and furniture relatively fast.

I'm speaking from my own experience and the ones of people I know - this company has a horrible treatment of tenants. The workers do not care about your health or well-being. Even when the place you live in is a health hazard, they do not care. The only way to make them change anything is with a lawyer. How they are allowed to even work with people is beyond me.

I lived for 8 years in a house rented from this agency. When I had a problem I was helped immediately. The agency staff are top notch. I can't believe the bad reviews I read.considering my collaboration with them for 8 years

Very Unprofessional!! They would not respond to my emails when I asked them to fix things and when I asked for my deposit back. I never got my deposit back and the person working there was rude when I gave the keys back and when I alerted them to the health and safety issues in the building. They also were very unprofessional when I first got the apartment with them. Terrible customer service and now I'm €550 down and they wouldn't respond to my emails :)

We walked into this agency with our passports, evidence of our income, and a specific list of what we were looking for. When I asked him if he could talk to us about what suitable properties he had, the agent looked at us like we were aliens and said "well send me an email"! (we already had the week before and got no reply). I really wonder how this agency does any business. We found a house with another agent who considered us to be ideal tenants (good stable income, no kids, not students). Shame really because there appear to be some interesting properties on their books. I would recommend house / appartment owners use a different agent. This one is really rude to people looking for accomodation, even if their profile is ideal, and will lose you good potential tenants.
