We had a very disappointing experience with this real estate agent. They made many promises, but consistently failed to keep their promises. Communication was poor; responses were either nonexistent, unclear, or far too late. This caused unnecessary stress during what should have been a wonderful time buying our first home. Furthermore, the contact with the reception and telephone operators was unprofessional and unfriendly, even antisocial. We therefore do not recommend this real estate agent!

A very disappointing experience with this real estate agent! The communication is consistently poor. Return calls are repeatedly promised but never happen. Appointments are missed, and follow-up is completely lacking. The agent's attitude is extremely unprofessional. The reception desk appears disorganized and unprofessional, and questions often go unanswered. As a client, you constantly have to chase up information yourself, without success. This causes a lot of frustration and undermines the trust you expect from a real estate agent. I therefore cannot recommend this agent.

These are strange times in the housing market, so trusting your real estate agent is crucial. I hear many people say you can easily sell your house yourself, but we disagree. Especially now, their expertise is crucial, especially for buyers, who we believe need to know what they're buying and be happy with their purchase. I recommend looking no further and working with De Lorijn (Druten); it'll pay off! The firm is also a pleasure to work with. I have my own opinions about things, and they handled them well. By sparring with me, we achieved a great result! We especially want to thank Ruud; he was our closest contact, and for us, he's the best real estate agent we've had in (5 houses)! Thank you so much!
