During the inspection in Sittard, the consultant discovered that our grout on the south side had completely crumbled. We initially thought that simply cleaning would be enough, but the recommendation was to also replace the grout and then waterproof it. They carefully chipped out the old grout without damaging the bricks. Afterward, everything was re-pointed and sealed with a 10-year guarantee. The difference is enormous, and the facade is now damp-proof again.

Our facade had become quite dirty over the years due to atmospheric deposits and algae growth. We honestly didn't expect the result to be so stunning. De Koning came with professional equipment and restored the bricks to their original color. The staff were very courteous, helpful in finding solutions, and left the driveway and garden spotlessly clean. Excellent service for a fair price!
