I've never written a negative review before because I know how frustrating it is for companies. Normally, most companies resolve issues properly. But De Keyzer more than deserves this negative review. For two years, they haven't been able to process a simple address change, which has suddenly put insurance policies on hold. Apparently, emailing invoices is very complicated; it can only be done by mail. For this reason, I switched to another insurance agent. But even then, De Keyzer can't manage to properly transfer insurance policies. So, one policy was left behind, yes, suspended because the invoice wasn't paid. And you've probably guessed it: this invoice was still sent to an old address, only by mail, because email is a bit of a hassle. And the address change, that was only submitted five times after all the hassle that had already caused. It was all easy to resolve; a simple apology and implementing the address change would have been enough. I'm not asking for that much, but you can expect proper administration from an insurance agent.

For the insurance of my new car, a phone call was all it took to receive a competitive offer from De Keyzer. They compare the premiums and conditions, and everything was arranged within 10 minutes. After 10 years, they still prove to be the perfect intermediary for all my insurance. So, thanks to the employees of De Keyzer. Hats off!

In January this year, a Domino pizza delivery driver drove against the direction of traffic in Tilburg and also had to swerve to avoid an oncoming bicycle. He collided with my car, which was damaged. The delivery driver acknowledged that he had to swerve to avoid the bicycle and should not have driven there. The delivery driver was instructed by Keijzer insurance that I had hit him. Unfortunately, I had no witnesses. Result: Keijzer does not reimburse anything! You do not want to take out your insurance with such a company, do you? Ton van Gils
