We received excellent support throughout the entire selling process of our house. Styling advice, professional photography, sales support, and a local office where coffee is always ready :) From our first impression, we were pleasantly surprised. Jules Pont is a knowledgeable and approachable real estate agent with a passion for his profession. He knows the Utrecht market and surrounding area like no other. We also personally appreciated that we were told the truth, even about the minor details. His motto: "We won't sugarcoat anything." This way, neither we nor the (prospective) buyers faced any surprises. We especially appreciated that both Jules and the office staff were very communicative and responsive. We were kept well-informed and received quick answers to our questions. We are also very satisfied with the results (viewings, offers, and the sale price). Without the advice and assistance from de Keizer, the sale price would undoubtedly have been much lower. In short, our experience with de Keizer has been absolutely fantastic!
