Our experience with De Hypotheker was positive. From the start, they were easily accessible and actively collaborated with us, even before we formally agreed to work with them. We appreciated their quick responses whenever we needed something and the time they took to answer our questions! We also appreciated that they took the hassle out of selecting a building inspector and appraiser. One minor point for improvement could be that some documents, such as employer statements, could have been explained a little more clearly, for example, with specific requirements regarding signatures. Although this didn't cause any real problems or delays, it's not a reason for us to give a lower-scoring review. Ultimately, we got a mortgage that meets our needs, and they really took our needs into account. All in all, pleasant contact and excellent service!
